GMA's News TV features IRI in an episode of BRIGADA

IRI was featured in GMA News TV show Brigada last June 16, 2011. The main focus of the episode, hosted by Ms. Jessica Soho is the growing industry for recycling of electronic wastes and how it affects our environment if not properly done. It also showed how wrong recycling practices can affect people’s health.  IRI's General Manager, Mr. Lee Salvatore Echiverri, toured Ms. Sherrie Ann Torres around its facility and showed her the proper way of  recycling electronic wastes. He also discussed the different kinds of materials that IRI handles and how these are recycled.

We, in IRI, are very proud that we are able to share with the viewers of Brigada how recycling helps in protecting the environment. We hope that the information we share will spread the awareness of the need to conserve resources and protect the environment.
