IRI Signs Strategic Partnership with Metech International to Expand Its Global Presence

To expand its global presence, Integrated Recycling Industries (IRI) signs a strategic partnership with Metech International , a world leading specialist in the recycling and reuse of industrial by-products, obsolete inventory, end-of-life and non-conforming materials that contain precious metals. Both companies agree to maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Certification, share customer, processing, material, and other information for development and growth of the collective businesses, work together on other mutually beneficial projects, and supply services to the other when mutually beneficial

IRI and Metech signed the agreement with the aim of better protecting the environment through the sharing of their resources. The strategic partnership agreement was signed on May 24, 2005.
